1. Refund Eligibility
- Payments made are refundable within 15 days of the transaction.
- If the client decides not to continue with our services, they must clear all outstanding dues before requesting a refund.
- A refund request must be submitted via email at info@powerwebhouse.com within 7 days of the payment.
2. Refund Process
Upon receiving the refund request:
- We will review the application and verify that all dues are cleared.
- If everything is in order, we will process the refund and hand over all project-related assets to the client.
- If dues are not cleared, no refund will be issued and no handover will be made.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after 7 days of the transaction.
- Clients who have not cleared their pending payments.
- Completed or nearly completed projects.
