  • Payments made are refundable within 15 days of the transaction.
  • If the client decides not to continue with our services, they must clear all outstanding dues before requesting a refund.

2. Refund Process

Upon receiving the refund request:

  • We will review the application and verify that all dues are cleared.
  • If everything is in order, we will process the refund and hand over all project-related assets to the client.
  • If dues are not cleared, no refund will be issued and no handover will be made.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made after 7 days of the transaction.
  • Clients who have not cleared their pending payments.
  • Completed or nearly completed projects.
